Nothing is more fun that an barbeque….unless you have to do the cookin’!  Let the Dusty Boot’s Catering team do all of the work, while you have all of the fun.  You pick the location, and they’ll provide the famous Boot BBQ Cattle Drive Buffet!  This delicious buffet can feature chicken, ribs or beef brisket.  Your buffet will include the entrée, cornbread, two sides and dessert.  A Dusty Boot service staff member will be present during your event and will bring chafing dishes, platters, plastic plates and paper napkins.  Non alcoholic beverages are included.

Kelly Liken is passionate about providing a one-of-a-kind dining experience.  She prepares simple, yet exciting Seasonal American Cuisine that relies heavily on locally produced and cultivated products. Her passion for cooking changes with the seasons, providing the highest quality ingredients available at any given time. Kelly Liken has been formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, NY. Graduating first in her class, Kelly went on to work at The Inn at Little Washington in Virginia, before joining the kitchen staff of Splendido at the Chateau, located in Beaver Creek, CO.  She currently owns and operates one of Vail’s most acclaimed restaurants, Kelly Liken.  In addition, she and her husband have recently opened a more casual restaurant in Edwards, Rick and Kelly’s, which is rapidly becoming a local’s favorite! Dinner includes wine pairings.
